the RETURN is New England's premier musical entertainment group. Primarily based in the Boston area; the group is a regularly booked act in Boston, Cape Cod, Newport RI, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, and New York City.

The complete line-up of the RETURN boasts 6 musicians including male and female lead vocals, however, the RETURN can perform in any number of configurations from solo and duo appearances up to the 6-piece band.

Formed in 1993 by David Ondek (vocals/rhythm guitar) and John Meehan (lead guitar/back-up vocals) as a duo, they expanded their playlist in order to accommodate all types of night clubs, weddings, and private parties. Over the next 2 years, the duo became a regularly booked act in many Boston, Newport, & Cape Cod based venues. 1996 saw the incorporation of Steve Meehan (drums/back-up vocals) as percussionist for the group. Steve Silvia (bass guitar/back-up vocals) was added to the RETURN to round out the rhythm section. Gary Sidell (keyboards) and Rebecca Roman (lead and back-up vocals/percussion) complete the RETURN's full 6 piece line-up by adding great depth and musical textures to the group's sound.

The songlist covers more than 5 decades of the best in popular music from classic sounds to current hits. the RETURN currently perform at an average of 100 shows per year, appearing at over 50 public locations and a multitude of private events. With over 1,400 professional performances behind them, they are well versed in entertaining crowds of all ages and musical preferences.

Additionally, the RETURN received the accolade of being voted 'Band of the Month' in May, 2000 on www.BostonBands.com

For weddings, we work closely with the Bride and Groom to custom tailor the songlist, plan the flow of the reception, and, we will learn your 'first dance' song and 'special dance' songs' if they are not already in our extensive repertoire.
